Faulty Goods
 
Every effort is made to ensure goods purchased from Profootballboot.com are of excellent manufacturing quality, however should there be any issue regarding the quality of a product or if a product becomes faulty, Profootballboot.com reserves the right to return the goods to the manufacturers for their inspection before any action will be taken, we will then endeavour to resolve any defective issues within 14 days, in some circumstances this may take longer.
 
All goods to be returned to the address below using the above guidelines.

Returns

Where a change of size is requested, the buyer will be liable to the additional postage cost, which will be determined by location and cost and calculated by Profootballboot.com, with payment due before the replacement item is shipped

In the event of the wrong boot or size being sent Profootballboot will pay the senders costs limited to the cost the buyer paid with the order, if the buyer chooses to use a different costing service than orinally paid for then this is at there own choosing and any additional costs will be bourn by themselves, prior aggreement with us must be sought before sending,we accept no responsibility for lost items that are not trackable

You reserve the right to return any product for a refund within 14 days of purchase, the product must be in its original packaging and must be unworn

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender in all instances

We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service to return your product. Profootballboot.com will not be held responsible for any goods not received by us

Please include your original proof of purchase and returns letter with your goods, we aim to process your returns within 7 working days

If we have mistakenly forwarded the incorrect item, please inform us with immediate effect

We will refund the buyer with their returned postage costs and resend the correct item free of charge.

If the item has been used or is not returned in its original packaging, we will not forward the item required under any circumstances

In this instance we will only provide a part refund depending on the RRP of the incorrect item shipped, if applicable

The return of any item is the responsibility of the sender in all instances

All incorrect goods must be returned in the original box / packaging and be in an un-used condition for re-sale

This does not affect your statutory rights

ADMIN FEES

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will receive a full refund, postage inclusive, minus clearing house processing fees of circa 3%
